MUGENYI Musenze Robert is an Agriculturist and Rural Development Expert. He is a founder and a Business Development Partner of Fine and Speciality. He has worked as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), also known as SSENKULU, with Buganda Cultural and Development Foundation (BUCADEF) and as the Executive Director of Africa Coffee Academy (ACA), he is a returnee Volunteer with Volunteer Services Overseas (VSO-Jitolee) with The Nasio Trust in Mumias, Kakamega, Western Kenya and a Volunteer with Change A Life Uganda (CALU).
Mr MUGENYI has worked with other organisations like the Uganda Coffee Federation (UCF) and the National Union of Coffee Agribusinesses and Farm Enterprises (NUCAFE). He is a Board Member and Treasurer of the Central Coffee Farmers Association (CECOFA) and a Board member of the Quality Assurance Association of Uganda Limited (QAAUL).
Robert is keen on offering development and transformational skills through coaching and mentoring. He is a beneficiary of Market Access and Upgrade Programme One (MARKUP-1), where he trained as a quality champion, supervised and coached fellow quality champions and coached companies like Masha Quality Coffee, KIMCO Coffee, Kibinge Coffee Farmers’ Cooperative Society and Mt Elgon Agroforestry Communities Cooperative Enterprise (MEACCE)
Robert is passionate about sustainable transformative business farming. He is a coffee farmer, a goat herder and a beekeeper, adding value to Fine Robustas and Speciality Arabicas under the brand names Emmwanyi Yaffe, Kirabo Coffee and Omukwano Coffee. He is a family man.
